A Kindness-Driven Non-Profit Making Real Change
We are a family-led nonprofit founded in February 2020 as a platform to inspire change and give back to a community of people from all walks of life. Art is an integral part of this organization, as both our founders are artists and incorporate art into the projects, making involvement fun for kids, and simultaneously spreading discussion on the mental health benefits of creation. Our main fundraising for projects is by selling handmade arts/crafts. Art is the core foundation of this organization. This organization was formed to bring change by simple tiny acts of kindness, involving all the community irrespective of their age, including younger kids.

Be Kind and Rise aims to make the world a better place and do so through youth involvement. It’s all too common a belief that children before a certain age cannot or should not participate in service activities because it won’t affect them, or they’re incapable. However, this is so far from the truth, and our main mission is to shift the narrative on this view. Being involved in the bettering of their world and giving back is extremely beneficial since it builds habits and fosters empathy, compassion, and kindness.
